How to Free Up Your Time (so you can start your business, write your book, and make your art)

With Caroline Garnet McGraw

Wednesday, April 10th at 11 am CDT

A few months ago when I was playing Paw Patrol with my two and a half year old, she told me that “my” dog was too little to go down the slide. Playfully, I replied that HER dog was too little to go down the slide.

I’ll never forget the confused look on my girl’s face, or her immediate reply: “But Mommy! She’s not supposed to live little!”

Whoa.

She’s not supposed to live little.

Did that hit you as hard as it hit me? And does this sound like you?

  • You try SO hard to do everything right and not screw up. Part of you is always worried about “getting in trouble.” It’s like a constant internal fail.
  • You can feel that pull in your heart to do what you love, but you’ve got so much going on and you don’t want to feel MORE depleted, so it doesn’t happen.
  • You don’t have time for yourself the way you’d like to, because there’s always someone who needs you. (You might literally feed everyone else first at mealtimes!)
  • You have at least one high-demand person in your life to whom you can’t say no. Maybe it’s your mother, who expects to stay at your house without asking first. Maybe it’s that old friend who texts you all the time; they’ve had a hard life, so you try to help.

And, real talk: How is all of this working for you?

How much has living with Good Girl Syndrome cost you, over the course of your lifetime?

How much time, money, and energy have you spent because you felt too guilty to stand your ground?

If it’s a LOT – I’m with you.

I’ve spent many thousands of hours (and many thousands of dollars) doing what I thought I was supposed to do to be “good.” About a decade ago, I was drained, depleted, and severely burnt out. I wasn’t living on purpose; I wasn’t writing the book I yearned to write.

Even though I’ve never had a drug problem, I actually requested – and received – a $45,000 scholarship to attend an elite residential rehab for a month. That was how desperate I was to press pause!

So if your schedule just isn’t working for you, but the thought of stepping back or saying no makes you feel SO guilty – I get it. The good news is, you don’t have to stay stuck there.

You CAN free up time for yourself, to start your business, write your book, or make your art.

That’s what I did, and over the past seven years, I’ve coached hundreds of clients to do the same.

Reclaiming your most precious resource starts right now.

Let’s work together to go from “living little” to living big and brave.

Join me on Wednesday, April 10th at 11am CDT to begin.

We’ll do a group call first, and then follow up with a Bonus Visioning Call where we’ll work one on one to create a customized plan just for you.

You’ll Learn…

  • The real reason you feel like there’s never enough time (and the one exercise that’s going to open up TONS of time for you!)

  • How to give yourself permission to finally look at what you want and go for it (rather than constantly second-guessing yourself)

  • How to go from being scared of “getting in trouble” to actively getting yourself into GOOD trouble (yes, it is possible)

  • How to (gently) start doing what YOU want to do with your time, rather than letting guilt drive your decisions

  • How to structure your life around what you’re MEANT to do (not what you’re “supposed to”)

Finally Free Up Your Time!

Join me LIVE on Wednesday, April 10th from 11am – 12:30pm CDT.

I’ll share the exact tools and strategies I use to help myself and my coaching clients free up their time, then we’ll open up for questions. To ask a question in advance, email me at caroline[AT]awishcomeclear[DOT]com.

If you can’t attend live, rest assured that registration gets you replay access as well.

This package includes the How to Free Up Your Time group call, plus a special 45 minute 1:1 Bonus Visioning Call with me, to be scheduled after the event.

You’ll come away from this Bonus Visioning Call with a clear, compelling vision for how you REALLY want to spend your time, as well as a plan to address the biggest obstacle that’s keeping you stuck with your current schedule.

The total package value is $597, but your price is $197.
